Construction of the Montcau 150 baking paddle mixer is completely from Stainless Steel AISI-304
Designed and manufactured according to the European Guideline 89/392 CEE.
“T” shaped paddles rotate forward and reverse, suitable to mix all types of products and it mixes gently and thoroughly to achieve a perfect mix every time.
The machine is quiet in operation and requires very little regular maintenance.
Stainless steel lid with safety interlock.
