The Mango Peeler-de-Cheeker 20 processes 20 mangos per minute. The mangos are placed into the machine manually and that is about all the handwork needed. Peeling and destoning are done fully automatically as the mango moves through the machine.  Superb “hand peeled” results are achieved to provide excellent, quality, shelf life and yield.

The mango is peeled in the same way as if it would be peeled by hand. Blades peel end to end following the contours of the fruit. The result of this peeling method is a beautifully authentic and smooth cut. After peeling, the mango cheeks are cut from the stone with two sharp, bowl shaped oscillating knives. This unique processing method increases the shelf life of your fruit because juice loss and damage to the mango is vastly reduced. Yield results are also very high because of the consistent and accurate peel and cheek removal.
