Fruit cutter e-line

E-line stands for economic line. A high quality machine fruit slicer machine that has been value engineered. The components in the machine are still of a high quality, but not the same as the components we use in our topline range. The machine has different features i.e. less and different trays and double-coated motors instead of stainless-steel ones. Also, the footprint on site is a bit smaller, which is also a benefit where space is limited.

ROTATING BLADES FOR SHARP CUTTING EDGES
The Fruit Cutter e-line is perfect for as a fruit slicer machine and makes use of rotating blades to avoid forcing the fruit through the cutting knives. The pieces of fruit are placed in a flat tray. Two stainless steel guards keep the fruit in place when it’s being cut. The fruit will be cut lengthways first. The tray then rotates 90 degrees and the fruit is cut across. The Fruit Cutter can also be set up to only cut in one direction to make fingers.

IMPROVED SHELF LIFE
Due to the cutting action of the rotating blades almost no pressure is exerted on the fruit and it retains more of its juice. Once the fruit has been cut into pieces, the tray will be carefully emptied on a conveyor belt. This way the fruit is not damaged and is ready for the next stage of the process.
