Bottom roll trolley MRS400

This innovative roll trolley has been designed and manufactured by ULMA Inoxtruck. The aim – to make the potentially dangerous task of moving and replacing packaging machine film rolls safer and more convenient.

Now it’s easy to load the film roll onto the MRS400 roll trolley and safely wheel it through the production area to the packaging machine. A quick lifting hydraulic system raises the roll to the required height and you simply, and safely, slide it onto the spindle.

Easy access to all components enables complete and thorough cleaning, to reduce the risk of microbiological build up and cross contamination. The open construction and hygienic design principles ensure the unit can always be cleaned to the highest standards.
