Whole head cabbage shredder machine CAP68

The CAP68 is suitable for the processing of whole cabbage heads with a diameter of max. 270 mm. The cabbage heads are filled in the machine via a feeding tube. Inclined blades on the knife disc and the special shape of the product infeed guarantee an optimal infeed of the cabbage and avoid any jumping of the cabbage heads. Shred shorteners allow the long strips to be reduced in length to meet your specification.
